To boost the restaurant sector with technology, the Soft Restaurant® App, from the Yucatecan company National Soft®, challenges food delivery giants, with a tool that optimizes home delivery, benefits companies regardless of their size , strengthens administrative processes and improves the relationship with diners.

Unlike the proposals of the existing applications in the market, this App personalizes the service so that the restaurant's brand stands out, since its institutional image appears and customers interact with the business. In this way they save the development of their own application, whose cost in the market goes from 500 thousand pesos depending on the complexity of its functions.  

In order to publicize this digital solution, a special presentation was held at Pavarotti Pérez Bar, where more than 45 restaurant owners from Mérida attended.

Guillermo Mantilla Guzmán, Marketing Manager of National Soft®, said that Soft Restaurant® app means a point of sale for the restaurant and a service for diners to order from a mobile device or web panel, since it is not necessary to download the tool .

He explained that in this way human error in the registration of orders is reduced, since the order is sent directly to the restaurant and appears on the screens of the Soft Restaurant® point of sale computers or is printed automatically, either for service at home or take out (to take away, previously requested through the App).

He added that restaurateurs also have the possibility to configure their prices, choose the menu available to promote the products they want to position and receive sales reports, with indicators such as: which dishes are the best sellers, which are the days with the most sales, among others. Consumption in the restaurant is also encouraged with promotions sent to users, since the App offers the company the necessary data for its marketing strategies.

He highlighted that the user is offered information about the restaurant: location, price range, areas that it has, type of food, location of branches, different payment options from cash to Paypal and soon you will be able to see the status of the shipment of your food , in order to visualize the geolocation of your delivery. With a single payment of 5 pesos, the business activates its App and can save the investment of time and money in the development of its application.
