With the concern of offering Hermosillenses a novel product in an informal and relaxed environment, What a sushi roll began operations in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, in April 2004. Founded by a young entrepreneur, Que Rollo Sushi arrives to offer the people of Hermosillo Japanese food, specifically sushi, oriented to the tastes and customs of the Sonorans, in an establishment wagon type adapted for operation on public roads.

Market demand and preference motivated growth and subjected the business to new challenges and demands, always seeking to improve service and attention.
